Deferrals are not permitted for Self-Paced Specialty Programs. All Self-Paced Specialty Programs include one full year of access, beginning on the program launch date or your enrollment date (whichever is later). This access period is designed to provide flexibility for learners with varying schedules.
If your access period expires before you complete the program, the course will close and a certificate will not be issued.
To regain access, you must re-enroll in the program and pay tuition at the time of re-enrollment. Re-enrollment provides a new access period.
For more information, refer to:
Re-Enrollment Policy
Deferrals are only available for the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP) and are subject to eligibility requirements, deadlines, and fees.INCCP is a cohort-based program with live components, faculty facilitation, and structured timelines.
All deferral requests must be submitted using the official Deferral Request Form available in the Canvas Support menu. Requests submitted by email or directly to faculty or staff will not be processed.
