Deferring Your Enrollment

Deferring Your Enrollment

INCA’s deferral policies vary by program type. Please review the appropriate section below carefully, as deferrals are not available for all programs.

This article provides a summary only. For complete and binding policy language, refer to:

Self-Paced Specialty Programs

WarningDeferrals are not permitted for Self-Paced Specialty Programs.

All Self-Paced Specialty Programs include one full year of access, beginning on the program launch date or your enrollment date (whichever is later). This access period is designed to provide flexibility for learners with varying schedules.

  • Enrollment cannot be deferred to a future date
  • Access cannot be paused or extended

If your access period expires before you complete the program, the course will close and a certificate will not be issued.

To regain access, you must re-enroll in the program and pay tuition at the time of re-enrollment. Re-enrollment provides a new access period.
