General Refund Rules (All Programs)

  • All approved refunds are subject to a minimum 6% processing fee.
  • Payment plans are never refundable, regardless of participation, deferral, or withdrawal.

Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program (INCCP)

Refunds for INCCP are limited and only available if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of registration, and
  • The program start date is 30 or more days away, and
  • No course materials have been accessed and no required pre-course surveys have been submitted

If these conditions are not met, refunds are not available.

Self-Paced Specialty Programs

Specialty Programs priced at $100 or more may be eligible for a refund within 1 business day of registration, provided that:

  • The course invitation has not been accepted, and
  • No course materials have been accessed

Once course access begins, the enrollment becomes non-refundable.

Info
For clarity, refunds on Self-Paced specialty programs are only available if a request is received in writing within 24 hours of registration AND you have not accessed the materials yet.

Refunds vs. Deferrals and Re-Enrollment

Refunds are separate from deferrals and re-enrollment:

  • Deferring a program does not make tuition refundable
  • Withdrawing from a program does not cancel payment obligations
  • Re-enrollment requires a new registration and tuition payment
